We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
Free of stains, odors, or damage
Returned with all original tags and packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Limited & One-of-One Pieces

Many Père Trash garments are produced in limited quantities or incorporate reconstructed, vintage, or naturally sourced materials. Small variations in color, texture, embroidery, and fabric are intentional and part of the character of each piece. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

One-of-one garments
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Gift cards
Items marked "Final Sale"

Exchanges

If your requested size is available, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery. If the size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit once your return has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Père Trash is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
